Inclusion Criteria :-

1)         Diagnosed case of Osteopenia /Osteoporosis by BMD test. (T-score of −1 or lower)

2)         Patient representing with classical features of Asthikshaya.

3)         Patients between the age group of 40 to 65 years.

4)         Both Sex.

5)         Willing and able to participate in the study for 60 days.

 

Exclusion Criteria :-

1)         Known case of disease like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ascites or any major illness.

2)         Pregnant women.

 

 

Inclusion Criteria :-

3.      Patient having moderate or severe score 

a.       Scores ranging from 0-13 would be considered low stress. 

b.      Scores ranging from 14-26 would be considered moderate stress. 

c.       Scores ranging from 27-40 would be considered high perceived stress. 

4.      Willing and able to participate in the study for 15 days. 

5.      All the category of stress will be included whether it is due to physical, mental and emotional. 

 

 

Exclusion Criteria :-

1.      Known case of Neuropathy. 

2.      Pregnant and lactating women 

3.      Is the subject is Known case of any major illness. 

4.      Poorly controlled hypertension (systolic >140 and diastolic >90 mm of Hg)  

5.      Those who have completed participation in any other clinical trial drugs or their ingredients in one – month period. 

6.      Person having mild stress as per Perceived Stress Scale.

Inclusion criteria: – 

1. Those who are diagnosed with the features of cervical herniated disc or bone spur is  impeding a nerve root in the neck through MRI finding with a feature like difficulty in  movements of the arm, stiffness in hand, clumsy movements of fingers, neck pain, radiation  of pain, stiffness, weakness, paresthesia, vertigo, tenderness over cervical, movements of  the neck restricted. 

2. Patients with age group of 18-55 years. 

3. Willing and able to participate in the study for 1 month. 

Exclusion criteria: – 

1. Those who are not willing to participate in the study. 

2. Pregnancy and Lactating mother. 

3. History of cervical instability, cord compression, central pain syndrome (e. g.  Fibromyalgia), evidence of CNS involvement, known history of high- level spinal cord  injury, traumatic injuries to upper limb and cervical spine, limitation of glenohumeral  joint, elbow joint or wrist joint, evidence of malignancy. 

4. Any medical red flag. (i.e., spinal tumor, fracture, metabolic disease, RA, osteoporosis,  spinal infection etc). 

5. Patients having co – morbidities like hypertension (systolic >160 and diastolic >100 mm  of Hg) despite of antihypertensive agents and diabetic mellitus (According to WHO,  fasting plasma glucose ≥ 7.0mmol/l (126mg/dl) or 2–h plasma glucose ≥ 11.1mmol/l  (200mg/dl), active case of tuberculosis. 

6. Those who have completed participation in any other clinical trial drugs or their  ingredients in one -month period. 

 

 

Inclusion criteria: – 

1.      Patients diagnosed with case of NAFLD grade- I/II/III by USG.

2.      Patients of age group 18 to 60 years of either sex.

 

Exclusion criteria: – 

1.      Patients who are contraindicated for virechana karma- like lower GI bleeding, Prolapse of rectum, incontinence of stool, pregnant and lactating mothers etc. will not be included in the trial group.

2.      Patients with Ascites.

3.      Patients with Liver cirrhosis, Oesophageal varices, Jaundice, Cholelithiasis.

4.      Patients with history of Cholecystectomy.

 

5.      Patients requiring emergency treatment.

Inclusion criteria: – 

1.      Patients of age group 18  to 60  years of either sex.

2.      The HbA1C  levels should lie within the range of  5.7 to 6.4  ( A/C to American Diabetes Association, ADA ,2022 guidelines)

 

Exclusion criteria: – 

1.      Patients with Type 1 or Type 2  diabetes mellitus. 

2.      Patients with Gestational diabetes mellitus or pregnant women .  

3.      Patients who are not fit for Vamana karma such as ati-sthula, ati- krisha, durbala and who will not be fit for vamana karma (at the time of enrollment)  will not be included . 

4.      Patients suffering from any chronic diseases such as bronchial asthma , COPD, chronic kidney disease , ischaemic  heart diseases , fatty liver stage 3 and chronic illness of other body organs , uncontrolled high blood pressure (>160/100 mmof Hg)

5.      Patients who are diagnosed with malignancy of any system.

 

 

 

 

 

Inclusion criteria: – 

1.  Patients with any micronutrient deficiency—Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, Vitamin B12, Zinc, or Folic acid—requiring any external Panchakarma therapy, independent of sex, eating habits, or socioeconomic status

2.  Patients between the age group of 18-65 years.

 

Exclusion criteria: – :

1.      Patients who are contraindicated for Niruhabasti  and Anuvasanbasti like – Skin disorders, Ascites, Intestinal perforation, Intestinal obstruction etc. will not be included in the trial group (Group A)

2.      Patients with co-morbid conditions such as Hypertension (systolic >150 mm Hg and diastolic >100 mm Hg despite antihypertensive medications) and Diabetes Mellitus (having HbA1c > 7.0% despite anti-diabetic medications).

3.      Pregnant women and lactating mothers.

4.      Patients suffering from major illnesses such as malignancy, HIV and Tuberculosis.

5.      Patients requiring emergency treatment.

 

 

Inclusion Criteria:-

1.      Patients with Chronic Plaque Psoriasis, regardless of sex, having the clinical features like – well defined indurated erythematous areas of circular shape of various sizes with silvery scales, itching etc.

2.      Patients aged between 18 – 60 years.

 

Exclusion Criteria:-

1.      Patients who are contraindicated for virechana karma such as – Loss of bowel control, Atisara (diarrhea), Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.

2.      Patients suffering from Exfoliative dermatitis and Psoriatic arthritis.

3.      Patients who have taken probiotic supplements and antibiotics in the past 6 weeks.

4.      Patients having cardiac and renal disorders.

5.      Patients taking any form of allopathic anti-hypertensive medicine and/or allopathic anti-diabetic medications.

6.      Patients requiring emergency treatment.
